Well first you must open your facebook account.
Then click on the unit they are already members and click on "Edit Settings"
They remove the selection by receiving them to no longer receive the alerts on the group in question. Obviously you must do the same steps to stop receiving these notifications to your e-mail. This is only for the new groups that I think facebook: D.
