The Mayor of Alicante, Sonia Castedo accompanied by Angel Hernandez, president of Adspa, today opened the street Villafranqueza donor. The blood donors have dedicated this street Alicante for the solidarity shown in each of the organized blood donations from the Transfusion Center, and saving lives as a result.
The ceremony also was attended by the deputy director of the Transfusion Center, Luis Hernandez, the manager of the Health Department, Hospital de Alicante Alicante, José Martínez Soriano and responsible Transplant Unit Carlos Santiago and the regional director of Health, Jose Angel Sanchez Navajas who highlighted the important work done by both blood donors and organ donors in the province of Alicante.
